After putting up my post yesterday launching the Quest for 50, I got to thinking that for a topic that I’m going to come back to again and again, it needs some sort of logo. And I, sadly, am not a designer whatsoever. So I thought I would put the challenge out to you.
Design the Quest for 50 logo — Win a prize.
If you want to design a logo for me, here are the guidelines:
- 350 pixels wide by 150 pixels high
- .JPG, .PNG, or .GIF format
- Full color
- Must have the words “Quest for 50″ in there. Otherwise, what’s in the design is up to you.
- Nothing lude, crude, or non-family friendly. I have an eclectic sense of humor, but this is an open forum, so don’t go overboard.

I hope to have designs by January 31st so I can make a decision by the end of the first month of the Quest.
If your logo is selected as the winner, here’s what I’ll give you:
- A feature story on the blog, talking about you and plugging the living daylights out of your design work. (We can develop this together)
- A recurring link to your portfolio with every Quest for 50 post. Every Quest for 50 post will feature your logo.
- The undying gratitude of a non-designer who wants to keep his blog somewhat classy with your help.
